Shipping policy

PRODUCTION & PROCESSING TIME
All items at Juki's Party Palace are custom-made to order. 
Production times vary by product type:

STANDARD CUSTOM PARTY FAVORS
(Labels, cups, shot glasses, fans, balloons, buckets, 
wine bottle labels, chip bags, etc.)
• Standard Production: 7–10 business days
• Rush Production: 2–3 business days (Rush Add-On required)

PREMIUM CUSTOM ITEMS
(Totes, blankets, sneakers, and other specialty items)
• Standard Production: 10–21 business days
• These items require additional design and production time 
  due to their complexity. Rush Processing may not be 
  available for all premium custom items — contact us 
  before purchasing if you have a deadline.

Please Note: Production time is separate from shipping 
time. Your total delivery time = Production + Shipping.

Rush Processing is available for select items — add the 
Rush Processing Add-On to your cart or contact us at 
jukispartypalace@hotmail.com to confirm availability 
for your specific order.
