All Sales Are Final — Custom & Personalized Items Because every item we create is made-to-order and personalized specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.
Physical Bundle & Sticker Label Orders — Damaged or Defective Items We take great pride in the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation at jukispartypalace@hotmail.com with: a photo of the damaged or defective item, your order number, and a brief description of the issue. If your claim is approved, we will reprint and reship your order at no additional cost, or issue a store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are issued at our discretion.
Please Note: We are not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier. Shipping-related damage claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
Digital Print File Orders — No Refunds Due to the instant nature of digital file delivery, all digital print bundle purchases are non-refundable once the files have been delivered to your email. Please review your order details carefully before purchasing. If you have not yet received your files and believe there is an issue, contact us within 24 hours of your expected delivery window.
Rush Processing Add-On Rush Processing fees are non-refundable once your order has entered production.
Incorrect Orders If we made an error on your design (wrong name, date, or photo), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will correct and reship at no charge. Errors reported after 48 hours may be subject to a reprint fee.
